Meet Dr. Crystal

I’m Dr. Crystal Garrett, founder of Holistic Wellness Beauty—a sanctuary for those who desire to heal deeply, live intentionally, and embrace beauty from the inside out.

I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel less than whole. My personal journey with congenital heart disease taught me that true healing must honor body, mind, and spirit. That’s why at Holistic Wellness Beauty, I blend whole‑body healing practices like detox, energy alignment, and conscious skincare with sacred beauty rituals—to help you feel vibrant again.

I hold a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science with a specialty in Holistic Healing, and I’m also a Licensed Beauty Educator with decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industries. My work bridges the visible and the invisible—the outer glow and the inner transformation. I weave together the wisdom of energy medicine, metaphysical principles, ancestral healing, and sacred beauty practices to guide my clients toward true, soul-level wellness.

But this isn’t just something I teach—it’s the life I live.

I was born with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia (ARVD), and Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy—a rare heart condition that shaped my understanding of healing, purpose, and the divine intelligence of the body. My journey has been one of surrender, resilience, and spiritual awakening.

Living with heart disease has taught me how to listen to my body, honor my emotions, and seek answers far beyond the conventional. That’s why the services and programs offered here are not based in Western medicine. They are rooted in the ancient healing traditions of Eastern Medicine, Metaphysical Science, Energetic Alignment, and the Sacred Rhythms of Nature.

To walk this path with me is to say yes to a new kind of healing.
