I’m Dr. Crystal Garrett, your Sacred Wellness Alchemist and the heart behind Holistic Wellness Beauty — a sanctuary for those who feel called to heal deeply, live intentionally, and radiate from soul to skin.

I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel less than whole. Born with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy, and ARVD, my life has been shaped by a rare heart condition that challenged not only my body but also my spirit. Through this journey, I discovered that true healing is not a linear path — it’s a sacred alchemy. A process of turning pain into power, disconnection into remembrance, and survival into deep, soul-rooted restoration.

Healing, for me, meant honoring the emotional body, reconnecting with ancestral wisdom, listening to the spirit’s quiet guidance, and restoring the body’s innate intelligence through sacred rhythm.

This isn’t just something I teach — it’s the life I live.

My Calling

I hold a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science with a specialty in Holistic Healing, and I’m a Licensed Beauty Educator with decades of experience in natural beauty, skincare, and wellness. My approach blends the seen and unseen — merging energy medicine, nutritional alchemy, sacred skincare, spiritual ritual, and metaphysical insight.

At Holistic Wellness Beauty, we don’t chase surface results. We root down into the deeper layers — emotional, spiritual, energetic, cellular — because that’s where lasting radiance is reborn.

The services and programs I offer are not based in Western medicine. They are grounded in the ancient healing traditions of Eastern medicine, Metaphysical Science, Energy Work, Detoxification, and the Sacred Rhythms of Nature.
