How should I take this product?
Take two pills per day. You may take one pill or both pills at the same time, depending on your preference.

  1. What other nutritional supplements could augment the biological effects of this product?
    Isotonix® B-Complex and Isotonix Multivitamin.

  2. What are the contraindications for this supplement?
    If you are currently taking warfarin (Coumadin), other antiplatelet/anticoagulant medications, antihypertensive medications, antidepressants or antianxiety medications or have an ongoing medical condition, you should consult your health care provider before using this product. If you have hyperthyroidism, you should not take this product. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use this product. This product may decrease the effects of stimulants and caffeine.

  6. What is the relationship between cortisol and the thyroid?
    Cortisol levels have a direct relationship with the thyroid, and they act synergistically with one another. Cortisol helps the thyroid hormone work more efficiently.
