FRUIT MENU: Electric Cleansers for the Morning

The morning is your body's natural elimination phase—a time for releasing toxins and waking up your system gently. Fruits, rich in structured water and bioelectric vitality, are your morning allies.

Fruit Rules to Remember:

  • Do not combine sweet and acid fruits.

  • Soak dried fruits for at least 4 hours to rehydrate.

  • Eat melons alone. They digest faster than any other food.

  • Always drink coconut water to replenish electrolytes and assist elimination.

Fruit Categories:

  • Acid: Citrus, Cranberry, Pineapple, Strawberry, Pomegranate

  • Sub-Acid: Apple, Berries, Grapes, Mango, Papaya

  • Sweet: Banana, Dates, Jackfruit, Plantain

  • Dried: Soaked Apricots, Raisins, Prunes

  • Melons: Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew (always alone)

Eat fruit in the morning only, ideally between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
