Vegetables play the role of stabilizers, mineralizers, and alkalizers. Whether eaten raw, steamed, or gently sautéed, these are the daily balancing foods for lunch and dinner.

Categories:

  • Non-Starch: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sprouts, Onion, Garlic

  • Green Leafy: Kale, Collards, Spinach, Mustard Greens, Bok Choy

  • Vegetable Fruits: Zucchini, Cucumber, Eggplant, Peppers, Tomato

  • Sea Vegetables: Wakame, Dulse, Sea Moss (optional additions)

Combine vegetables with protein or starch—but never both. This improves digestion and reduces fermentation in the gut.
