Categories:
Non-Starch: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sprouts, Onion, Garlic
Green Leafy: Kale, Collards, Spinach, Mustard Greens, Bok Choy
Vegetable Fruits: Zucchini, Cucumber, Eggplant, Peppers, Tomato
Sea Vegetables: Wakame, Dulse, Sea Moss (optional additions)
