Weekly Blueprint:

  • Sunday: 50% fruit / 25% veg / 25% protein or starch

  • Monday–Tuesday: Balanced thirds (33% each)

  • Wednesday: 50% protein/starch / 25% veg / 25% fruit

  • Thursday: Back to thirds

  • Friday: 50% veg / 25% starch / 25% fruit

  • Saturday (Sunset to Sunrise): Fast with coconut water

This rhythm helps reset digestion, improve nutrient assimilation, and deepen intuitive eating.
